Nicola’s choices were so perfect for the shoot, and made the dancers ‘pop’ against the deep blue morning skies. I have had the pleassure of working with Nicola on a number of styled photo shoots over the past couple of years.
I first met Nicola during a ballet themed photo shoot, out on location. During the research and preparation stages, Nicola planned and took the lead for styling, plus the sourcing of complimentay dance attire, to help make this one of the most memorable dance photo shoots I have worked on.
My additional photography and videography collaborations with Nicola have included a variety of projects shot in rural locations, stately homes, parks and towns, primarily using natural daylight. Nicola’s meticulous attention to detail, styling knowledge and expert assistance on location, made her a much valued and appreciated team member.
Her preparation of the models’ outfits in readiness for fast and seamless changing, meant that I could concentrate on the photography and videography, knowing that Nicola had pretty much everything else covered.
I plan to work with Nicola, plus some of her valued contacts within the creative arts sector, as soon as time and our current working schedules allow.
